Also, the rules are broken and will never be fixed, their creator even says he doesn't even use the rules he publishes, and yet puts the same things in every book, with the occasional useless attempt at a fix that makes everything worse.

Folks are willing to post most anything you can imagine in the genre. Thanks to the group I have just about every old game I own or used to own in a nice PDF including every copy of Dragon from issue 1 onwards.

Yeah, yeah...I know...the first rule of usenet is not to speak of usenet...but sometimes it needs to be mentioned.

Of course, if your isp truly sucks and gave into the CP scare and you have no access or no access to alt groups you are screwed or need to pony up for a giganews account (or similiar).

Part of me wants to scan my 2nd ed Ork codex, but it's the only 2nd ed book I still own, and holds more memories than most game books I own. Still, I was amazed how hard it is to find 2nd ed books beyond just the core stuff. I'll tell you if I give in to my temptation to help the tide of anon.
