Go to the northwestern areas near Klamath and Arroyo, the stuff is easier to kill around there. And try to get a group with someone, you get the same exp regardless of how many people are grouped with, but it does increase how many monsters are around.

To band up with another person you have to left click+hold until the menu shows up. When it does, go down to the icon with the 3 guys on it and select it. The person you selected will now have an arrow above their head indicating that your a grouped with them.

Stick close to them and when they leave it'll prompt you on whether you want to follow them or not, select follow. Enjoy your gang bangin on radscorpions.

Also, hit F6 to see the names of people, it's a good way to determine if you got supposed friendlies around or erratic Russians.

Also forgot to mention that the amount of people you can be grouped with is determined by how much charisma you have. Every 2 points = 1 person.

If you decide to make a character with a lot of lockpicking skill, use it on the player owned cars. You can crack into them and steal shit from the russians, and even the car too if you choose to. Just be wary when you go to attempt it, they sometimes leave someone to keep watch over their shit.

Quite a few yes, but you can annoy the shit out of them sometimes, such as the lockpicking stuff mentioned. You'll find lot of low level ones near the Klamath and Den area.

No clue, many of the supposed main quests are still only in russian. So it's iffy in regards to that. Also, becareful on your dialogue choices, a few have gotten them selves killed by randomly clicking the wrong shit with an NPC. Just hit 0 to get out of convos.

Klamath/Arroyo area is pretty good, if you encounter some tribals you can get them to throw their spears at you and steal them off of the ground. They usually miss so no real worries.
