G-man sighting

In the half life 2 chapter "Anticitizen one" there's a place where gordon passes next to a room where the ceiling has fallen in. On the rubble is an unplugged TV, and for a split second, the TV turns on to show the G-man standing in a boat with what looks like a raven on his shoulder. Horrible music plays as you look on.

The TV stays on long enough to show the G-man fix his tie, and then it turns off and explodes.
